Description
Two teams in the middle with two wide zones. Players on the defense (red) have so shift and cover accordingly. As shown, everytime attackint team gets the ball out wide, the red team MUST double team to prevent a cross and force them to play back words
Coaching points
1- Pay attention to the switch point of attack.
2- Communication between number 6 and 2 0r 3 must be active all the times.
3 in order to double team, the midfield number 8 or 10 must retract and take away passing lanes.
