DESCRIPTION

An Exercise for the abdominals and core stability

COACHING POINTS

  • Rest the small of your back on the swiss ball
  • Keep your knees bent, and feet in a fixed position
  • The knees should be bent to 90 degrees
  • Ensure your core muscles are activated and slowly curl the sternum towards the pelvis
  • Keep the contraction active on returning to the start position
