  • Step feet, hands , feet, then "freeze" and hold for 3 seconds.
  • Tummy Down and Up.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • "Stop and freeze" the class to ask for a 4,3,2 points of contact hold for 3 seconds.
  • Look for "straight lines" of non supporting limbs to make a clear "shape".
