DESCRIPTION

  • Draw a clock face on the mat with with numbers 1 to 12.
  • Place foot at the nos 3 position.
  • Lunge into the circle taking weight on the hands.
  • Exit with feet at nos 12 and 1.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Keep arms and legs extended.
  • Aim to get hips as high as possible.
  • Maintain 'lightness' and good control.
