DESCRIPTION

  • As previous exercise but increase pressure on gymnast by closing the angle.
  • Hold two crash mats at 90 deg 60cm apart.
  • Gymnast wheels through the gap taking weight from feet through hands to feet.
  • Exit to 'X' stand.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Gymnast is encouraged to keep hips above hands and move in a straight line.
  • Ensure that full extention is maintained.
