DESCRIPTION

  • Sit in straddle with arms horizontal.
  • Lower arms and grip behind knees.
  • Roll to the left taking weight on shoulder. Transfer weight across shoulders keeping legs in straddle postion.
  • Exit in straddle position facing in reverse direction

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Keeplegs extended and in straddle position through out.
  • Aim to raise hips as high as possible.
  • Exit with head high.
