DESCRIPTION

  • From a 4m run take off one foot to land on spring board with both feet together.
  • With good arm swing jump for height keeping the body straight.
  • Land with flexed knees, feet together and wide arms.

  • COACHING POINTS

  • Keep eyes fixed on a horizontal point.
  • Use arm action to gain height and balance.
  • Keep body straight
  • Ensure the jump is one foot to two feet to two feet.
