Blue player 1 skates with the puck and shoots on goal. After the shot they then skate and touch the goal post.
Once the blue player has touched the post the second player can set off, skating with the puck towards the goal, with the blue player behind them putting them under pressure.
Players then skate and collect their puck (or a new puck) and join the back of the opposite line.
The drill then continues.
