Players stand on 4 corners of the grid with Player A in the middle.
Players B, C & D have a ball each.
Player A faces C and as he/she runs towards C, he/she catches a pass from B and passes to E.
When A is a couple of meters from C, C passes to A who immediately returns the ball, turns and runs back towards D, while catching and passing a ball from E to B.
The exercise can last for a set time, or a set number of loops.
