Bull Dog | Tag rugby

Bull Dog:

  • Large Grid 30m x 30m. Start with 5 defenders in the middle

    • Everybody else stands at one end of the grid wearing tags. On teachers call, all attackers try to run past the 5 defenders to get to the opposite side of the grid.

    Attackers that are tagged join the defenders in the middle, the game keeps going until there are no attackers left.

    4 balls - pass ball to next person on cone to left (clockwise) then right (anticlockwise).

    6 vs 6 Uncontested Scrums | Scrum

    6 vs 6 Uncontested Scrums:

    Ensure that players:-

    Bind correctly.

    Keep the scrum square.

    Keep correct body position.

    Hooker to strike for the ball - signal the scrum half

    Hook ball back with right foot between left hand props legs.

    Both sides remain static and do not contest the ball.
