This session is designed for your paddlers, swimmers with a basic level of confidence in the water and a knowledge of stroke technique but who still need to put the components together for a more efficient swimming technique.
What are we working on in this Session?
This session introduces your swimmers to the Push and Glide, Floating and the Freestyle Leg Kick!
Working with and without floats we put these elements together to teach your swimmers how to start from the side, put their face in the water and begin swimming with the correct kicking technique on their front.
Note:
This session has progressions for you more able swimmers and conditions to help develop your less able swimmers.
