Power and Speed Fitness Session

This Session aims to test your players - getting them dashing and darting around the court - working on their plyometric power and anaerobic stamina!

"Did you know that Volleyball is the most popular participant sport, with an estimated 800 million participants worldwide and has now been played around the world for over one hundred years" (Briner and Kaemar 1997).

To tire out your players and work on their fitness systems through use of short burst activities, this session has been designed to get people using Fast Feet, Quick Changes of Direction, finishing with a Pyramid Running drill.
