I have a 16 yr old athlete who is registered blind. He is a good sprinter and jumper but I need to increase his plyometric ability
I would get him a "parachute" or something else to cause drag this will aid in his sprinting. Which jumping event does he do ? Give him a medicine ball to carry and do hopping, bounding Etc, High knee drills with ankle/wrist weights, but it depends on which jump event he does. ?
Good evening Ivor
Many thanks and apologies for taking so long to respond but have been looking after a terminally ill relative.
I will use your suggestions and let you know how it goes.
