Correct mini Trampoline set up?

What is the correct procedure for teaching someone to start up/line up at a mini trampoline for beginners?

depends on their age.  for the younger ones (U8)i use a beat board close in to start with and then slowly move it out to encourage a good take off.

the correct take off for double mini, is to run at the double mini, then take off from one foot off the runway, and then land with 2 feet on the take off bed, ready to perform their first skill.  the distance from the double mini doesnt matter in the beginning, but at the end of the day, they should be aiming at taking off where they want to land on the bed, lay them down with their hands at the spot where their feet are to first land on the bed, and have their body stretched out with their arms above their head.  where their feet are should eventually be their take off point.

im assuming you are asking this for trampolining purposes.  both are about the same as you still want a strong mount.

hope that helps.
