how do i warm up a gymnas back
you could try a bridge hold or the cobra ![]()
First of all, I was just wondering if you meant a gymnast back (backwards flip/handspring). If so this is for you.
The first thing to do is to stretch your shoulders and lower back, you can do this by doing some bridge holds or other exercises similar to this. The second thing is to do some jump backs, these need to be done on a surface such as a trampoline or squishy box. The third thing is to practice some backwards limbers or back walkovers. The fourth thing is to do some backflips with spot (help) on a trampoline or squishy box. Then you should be ready!
Hope this helped! :)
