Spotting girls on Aerial Cartwheels

Can someone please suggest some drills and some different ways of spotting girls on Aerial Cartwheels, whether it is off a panel mat or a block?

The best way is to use you have a pit, tumble track, beat board, but if not use an incline/ cheese and spotting is the same as a regular cartwheel
