Very well spotted, as you may well have seen, we`ve been updating the tools on Sportplan over the last couple of months, and we are continuing to improve the features of the site.

Our developers are working on this and we will update you when this feature is enabled on the website, in the mean time have you tried sharing folders? This maybe an alternative for sharing lots of files with your colleagues.
