Need a copy of an invoice

Need a copy of an invoice for my $64.00 charge to renew my membership. Tess Ellis. College of William & Mary

You can access your invoice directly by taking the following steps:
 

  1. Log in to your Sportplan account
  2. Move into the top right and corner and hover over the arrow. A drop down menu should appear
  3. Click on the 'Manage Account/Profile'
  4. A pop up should appear. On the left hand side of this pop up, select the option 'Memberships'
  5. Now view your history by clicking 'Payments History'
  6. Your previous payments should appear. Select the invoice you wish to view and a new pop up should appear.
  7. Select the print option, and then save as a PDF.


You will now have a copy of your invoice
