wanting a refund and to cancel my payment

good morning, im wanting a refund and to cancel my payment! as I havent used this app much over the pasted months, yes I did receive emails etc, but I didnt get anything due to payment! in my opinion this is a waste of money. could someone reply to my feedback thanks
