Swimming for children with disabilities

Hello, Is there any swimming lesson plans for children with disabilities from 1-7 years old ?Thanks

Hi, it really depends on what abilities and limitations the children have, as most drills and tips can be adapted to their needs.

For younger children I would recommend using the drills under the "Water Confidence` category before using more advanced drills.
