With Sportplan you can print your sessions, whether it be the session of the week or your own coaching plans, meaning that you'll never forget what's coming next in your training sessions. You can also select from a variety of different print formats, styles and colours to make your sessions look as elaborate or simple as you want.
To print a session all you need to do is open it and then, from the top menu, click 'Print'.
You will now be presented with a selection of different print layouts, select the one you prefer and then confirm which printer you are using, it really is that simple.
Now you can take a hard copy of your notes with you, wherever you are.
