Worker (13) receives and releases a ball to feeder who doesn’t have a ball

CP step into pass, keep eye on the ball. Feeders give the ball as soon as the worker has released it.

Beat the ball:

For this practice you need 8 players per group. Set out 4 cone in a square about 5 metres apart. Set out 2 flags a further 5 - 10 metres away from the square . and finally a finishing post. The race is for the runner to beat the ball being thrown via every gold player to the finishing post.

This is to improve players medium to long range throwing and catching. Rules are that the players making a mistake get the a letter from the word OUT.

3 mistakes means that the player is out.

Long barrier Team A must roll the ball past team B to score a point (goal) and vice versa.

Backing up the post:

Players work in groups of four.

With one feeder and one fielder stood on a post, with another two players backing up behind the post player, in a triangle formation.

The fielder throws the ball to the post players for them to catch. Every time the ball is thrown the backing up players should get behind the post player, ready to stop the ball in case the player misses the catch.

After 10 throws each players rotate in a clockwise direction.
