This week's session concentrates on fast reaction drills. They are specifically aimed at the back stop position, an important player in any rounders team, but can also be used with all fielders.
What's in the Session?
We start off with a team warm up game involving defenders and attackers, before moving on to several reaction drills involving 2-4 players.
These drills are designed to sharpen your back stop's reactions. They also teach the importance of taking the ball cleanly, and delivering their throws quickly and accurately to the post positions.
World Rugby has reportedly conceded Aaron Smith's disallowed try in the World Cup final should have stood.
"It is not only useful for staff who are experienced but a valuable tool for those subject staff who have to take teams."
The variety of sessions across sports - sometimes we steal session ideas from one sport and use them with another.
