Coach 1 (C1) kicks or handballs the ball into the square. Player A is on their own and needs to try and get the ball back to C1. Coach 2 (C2) makes a choice depending on players skill if either D1 or D2 (or in some cases both) try and defend and possibly get the ball. Full rules if possible. Get the ball via handball back to C1
