Players get into groups of 3 and find a 5m^2 square. Blue player (Ball carrier) - Their job is to move around as much as possible and not get tackled. Red player (Tackler) - Their job is to try and tackle blue player or force them to lose control of the ball. Yellow player (Sheparder) - Their job is to protect blue player from red player by sheparding and protecting space for blue to run into.
Ensure yellow player knows the correct techniques for sheparding: Wide body stance Always on your toes but still firm (Don't get pushed easily) Arms out wide and around opponent but not holding on to them Keep eyes on teammate to give cues of where to the tackler is going
