DESCRIPTION

2 lines will be formed, depending on the amount of players the lines may or may not be even. there will be two defenders and one attacker at a time, the 3 players will run around their specific cones before entering play, a teacher or player will be on the far side of the attackers line and will throw a ball into play for the attacker to catch as they come around the cone, this will need to be a fluent movement while trying to maintain as much speed as possible. The attackers will then continue to run towards the defenders while the defenders are attempting to land a touch on the attacker, Using quick stepping and fast agile movements the attacker will try to create space between the defenders and make their way to the try line. Once the attacker is either touched or has made it to the try line the drill will restart and two new defenders will be at the ready as well as a new attacker.
