Player stands in a 2m x2m square of different coloured cones. The coach calls out the first colour and the player runs to that point. The coach then calls out the second colour and the player runs back to that cone without turning away from the coach. The coach than throws ball into square and player takes overhead mark. You can then turn that square into a 1 v 1 marking contest. You can then start 1v1 between red and yellow cones. 1 player is the attacker the other is a defender. The attacker says GO and pushes of defender creating space and leads for a mark from the coach.
