You do a 4v1 contest in a square and once u have 4 clean handballs the last person holding the ball kicks it out to around the 2 people leading at them, those 2 people leading at them contest for the ball and then they handball the ball to one of the two people asking for the handball and those two people try to go for goal whilst contesting for the ball.
