4v4 contest starts in line with the blue cone. Yellow are trying to work the ball to their player on the 50m line and same with the blue on the opposite side. Once one of the team clears the ball to their player, they advance to the white cone (towards their teammate). The goal is to keep advancing to the red. If yellow advance one cone forward and blue win the next contest, the ball moves back to the blue cone.
