Seup 7mx7m Square Attacking Team (Red) of 4 players start with the ball. Without notice pick a way to run, right or left, and enter the square. Defending team (Yellow) then must react and run the opposite way and enter the square. Object is then for the Red team to get the ball across the far line and the defending team to stop them.
