Marked ball outside 50m. All forward lead directly at player with ball, drawing theeir individual players with them. Full forward waits for the one on one and leads to the space opposite for an easy mark. Works best when teams are adopting a one on one defence.
Strong, fast, continous leads are key to making this tactic work. Player with the ball needs to wait until the forwards are clear then kick to space, not wait for the lead from the FF. Practice until every member understands which space to kick to, where to lead out and avoid the far side. This is a tactic to employ on game day, not a fitness drill, practice over until it is second nature. 15 Minutes Total Time.
