Blue (attack) through red (defenders) to get ball to other end. When ball is received at end, blue then become defenders and can then cross over middle line to defend & press Yellow then become attackers
On transitiont to defend, players caught behind the ball need to work hard through the corridor to get back behind our press Players in front of ball need to press up and slow play/ball This give out of position team mates time to get in front of ball again
