They cannot run with the ball - Once the team member has received the ball, they can put it down and go straight away to get another ball Progression - Once all the balls from the centre have been taken, teams may ârobâ from other teams but must still handball back to their team members from standing at the oppositionsâ nest - Players may not defend their nest or block any passes
