This is the same set up and runs as per Left Corner No. 1, except that the player in front of the keeper must immediately move out into a position on the edge of the six yard box, particularly if he is not marked. A makes the long throw signal by holding the ball above his head. A aims to hit B who will use a flick on header to get the ball to the ball post. C to make the back post run, by looking to go forward initially and then spinning and making a curved run to the back post. D to stand in front on the keeper and E and F to be the other attackers making a front post and mid-goal run respectively.
