DESCRIPTION

Yellow (CL) takes ball. (LL) yellow leads hard towards T point, however the ball is passed to the yellow (RL). Red (LB) is back up for this move. (RL) bounce ball quickly to blue (CF). CL arched to p spot and receive pass. Immediately laying off to blue (LW) who push of flicks the pass to goal.

COACHING POINTS

Ensure everyone keeps 5m clear. The move should be precise and quick moving. Red player (LB) should be the castle at all times! RL needs to guard to of D. Everyone should be moving and applying pressure on defence. Timing is essential.
