For 10U group play 2 on 2 any net for second half when the other stations flip sides. for young groups switch to turns with a pass or crossovers with a pass to partner where skill doesnt match up. Start a 2 on 1 behind the net. If small group numbers rotate through. If big group pair the kids in groups of 3 by skill and send the next wave. Encourage deception behind the net. Skating, turning edges. Progress to each side skating opposite directions and keeping heads up. Add a puck for advanced groups.
