Players begin facing eachother at the faceoff dot. On coaches command the player in Blue skates backward to the low cone / Pivots forwards to angle check the player in red. Coaches command player in Red Skates out to the blue line to get a puck and moves quickly down the boards to get to the net without being angled checked. Red player must cut between the cones to get to the net.
Focus on proper angles, with checking player. Attack the red players tri-angle.
