MARK Hansen Coach, Canada

DESCRIPTION

Coach dumps puck back into a corner. F1 reads which way D is going and supports on the strong. D picks up puck and passes to the forward who has pivoted near boards. Forward continues up to the red line and turns to go 1-1 on the defence.

COACHING POINTS

Forward needs to delay the support and keep his feet moving on the pivot. D must pass in front of forward. This is the first part of a read and react break out. Explain it doesnt matter if you are a left wing, right wing or centre.
