
The drill starts out with d (Blue) on the face off dots, on the whistle the D moves forwards and transitions backwards, back to forwards and "wheels" with the puck. below the goal line head mans the puck to the winger (red) on the half boards (hash Marks) . The D will follow the pass and proceed around the cones on the blue lines and will close the gap in a 1 v1 with the on coming winger on the far end.
Emphisis on a hard first pass, the d need to wheel around the net with thier heads up. Wingers need to pass through the danger zone and into position on the half boards
