Start from upright standing.

Standing on the left leg lift from the back of the neck, keeping back tense as the body tilts forwards.
Tilt from the hip joint, raising the right leg straight behind.
Maintain body tension.
Hold balance for 3 seconds.
Return slowly to upright standing.
Repeat on the left leg.
