DESCRIPTION

- Lifting the ball up and over the opposition while the ball is moving

- This is an advanced skill and should only be practised by players who are comfortable with the standard aerial

COACHING POINTS

- Difficulty lies in getting under the ball whilst it is moving away from the player. It can be useful to practice this moving at a 45 degree angle first, and then slowly bring the ball in front as the success rate grows
