Coaches vary in their attitude towards set plays because they're a fairly rigid way of playing. Some coaches like them and others don't - they're the Marmite of the netball world.
At Sportplan though we believe that set plays are a useful weapon for your players to have in their arsenal, teaching fluid and fast ball progressions. If after trying them out you find they're not for you and your team then no worries!
What's in the Session?
To get your side thinking quickly, we start with a running and fast hands warm up, before getting into some weaving and rolling exercises.
Once your players are thoroughly warmed up and ready we then start drilling and perfecting your team's attacking set plays before finishing with a full-court game - giving your players to opportunity to put their newly learned set-plays into practice!
