One ball per group of 4.
Player 1 dribbles the ball to the second line, stopping the ball on the second line with the sole of their foot.
Player 1 then passes the ball to player 3 and follows their pass to join player 4 on the end line.
Player 3 dribbles to the second line in the other direction and repeats the routine. Continue until players return to their original starting positions.
The first touch should push the ball 2-3 feet in front of the receiver. Might need 2 touches at first: 1 to stop the ball or control the pass and the second to get the ball out in front.
Head up between touches.
Cover the ground as quickly as possible.
