Standing on the first cone of the triangle the keeper catches the volleyed ball into their body and then throws it back out to the feeder.
They then move around the next cone.
After they've run around the second cone the second feeder passes the ball along the floor at the third cone. The keeper dives low to catch the ball and then returns it before getting to their feet to catch the third ball which has been passed to the first cone by the third feeder.
Drill continues in this way.
The keeper should move around the triangle using fast side-stepping feet, trying to keep their focus on where the next ball is coming from.
