Players start 10 metres apart in 2 lines facing each other.
1 ball per pair. Get the players passing to each other using the instep pass.
Head over the ball.
Non kicking foot planted along the side of the ball.
Strike through the centre of the ball.
Follow through to the target.
NB. Ensure that the non kicking foot is also pointed at the target.
Every pass has to be at very fast pace and stuck to the ground, no bounce at all. Try and do 10 passes without ball stopping; ever time a mistake is made, start counting again (be very harsh).
Use different parts of foot to control ball.
Pass the ball with both feet.
Receive the ball with both feet.
Increase the distance between pairs.
