This session goes through the technical aspects of a serve, using a series of simple drills to help improve the individual areas of a serve. Developing these areas will help improve the serve for future matches, providing more accuracy and power to your players’ game. Not only can you provide your guidance with this plan, but it could be a good idea to share this plan with your players - so they can work on their serve in their own free time. Remember:- hard work will pay off!
