The batter will get bowled a ball with will then have to try and aim for a cone where a fielder will be standing, this fielder will have to throw the ball to first who will catch it, first base will throw it across the floor to second base for the fielder to use a long barrier to stop the ball and this will carry on around the pitch.
1) Approach the ball at speed and as you get into line with the ball, twist your upper body, leading with the shoulder furthest from the ball. 2)Bend both knees, so that the knee of the leg nearest to the ball touches the ground, but it is also next to the back of the heel of the other leg. 3)With fingers down and head forward, pick up the ball and then stand back up ready to deliver an overarm throw.
