The player bounces the ball up using the racquet. The player has to perform one bounce on each side of the line. While performing this action, the player has to move forward.
In this drill the player works on control, and coordination. Bouncing the ball while moving is a difficult task so it is required to use this drill with kids who are bored with traditional static bouncing. The coach can use this activity as a competition to make sure that kids are highly involved from the first minutes of the lesson.
