Player starts in the middle and sprints to the deuce corner, imitating a forehand stroke. Immediately, the player changes direction and sprints all the way to the other corner to finish imitating backhand stroke.
This exercise is a great tool to work on speed and agility. Players should perform this exercise on both sides to develop strength and speed on both sides of the body.
