In this session we cover how to improve your players ability to use more forehand shots which is predominantly the stronger shot.
The session begins with dynamic movements as this is an important element to the session. The first drill, the player works on switching between regular backhand and forehand, making sure they're comfortable playing with both shots. The session then progresses to focussing on how your player can execute a shot to make it as uncomfortable as possible for their opponent. The stronger the shot your player can make, the less likely it is they will have to play a backhand should the opponent return it
